Your smartphone is connected to the CarPlay smart box, but there's no sound. How do I fix this problem?
1. Lock the phone, then turn on the screen, and click the AirPlay button on the phone screen;

2. There will be at least two connection channels: one is Carplay; the other is Bluetooth.
- CarPlay means AUX setup channel CarPlay system
- Bluetooth means the original car Bluetooth audio channel

3. Sound problems are usually caused by incorrect selection of these two channels. Switching to another channel may resolve the sound problem.
4. There is another solution:
Go back to the original car system and find the external device.
Find the AUX channel and the Bluetooth channel. If there's no sound, switch them.
- Audi: go back to original car system => Media => AUX-IN;
- Porsche: Go back to the original car system => Press the 'SOURCE' button => Press the 'OPTION' button => Select 'SET MEDIA/AUX';
- Mercedes-Benz: Return to original car system => (NTG4.5) on engineering model;
- BMW: Go back to the original car system => Multimedia.
5. What to do if I cannot see the AUX option/channel in my original car system?
- Visit a car dealer to activate the AUX option;
- Obtain an AMI-AUX cable to enable the channel. If you need to purchase a cable, please refer to the following link:
