What to do when you return to the vehicle and CarPlay doesn't connect automatically?
Please note that the Smart Box's Bluetooth automatically turns off if it's not working for a while. If you're experiencing this issue, please follow the steps below to resolve it:
1. Check on the phone >>Bluetooth, double click the device (IDCORE) to see if the Bluetooth is connected to the smart box;

2. If Bluetooth is not connected, check 'Settings' on the vehicle menu , go to 'Bluetooth' setting and look for paired devices, usually this is your phone;



3. Select the paired phone, then go to 'WiFi CarPlay', the connection will be re-enabled;

4. If the connection is still off, make sure the phone's WiFi is on but not connecting to anything, then select 'WiFi CarPlay' again on the vehicle menu and connect the phone.
