Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery. If there are any problems with your order, please contact our customer service team via email within 60 days of receipt. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will correct them promptly. (Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased from our store https://aoocci.ph/; if you purchased from Amazon or any other store, we cannot provide after-sales service.)

Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the email address above to apply for a return or exchange service, but please keep the following in mind during the return process:

  • Return requests must be made within 60 days of placing your order.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition (unused).
  • Returns of products with scratches or any other type of damage will not be accepted.
  • If the return is due to a consumer error, the consumer will be responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the courier company chosen by the consumer.
  • If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, any re-shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., the consumer received a damaged or incorrect item), the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost. (Return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt)
  • If a product is defective or missing parts, the customer must return it to our factory in China for inspection.
  • Return Address: Please contact customer service by email (support-ph@aoocci.com) for the return address. Thank you.

Refund Policy:

  • If the product does not work with your car (which is included in our list of compatible models), we will give a 100% refund guarantee of the item after receiving the returned item without damage or soiling.
  • Expedited shipping costs are an additional service and are non-refundable.
  • If for any reason the customer decides the item is no longer needed (this is not the seller's fault), your refund will be reduced by a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total purchase cost.
  • We will notify you of your refund via email or message once we receive and process the returned item.
  • You will receive a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund for a while, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank for further investigation.
  • Purchases made more than 60 days after the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund under our program terms.

Will not be exchanged:

  • We do not offer exchanges or reorders. If you require a different size, color, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing a new order immediately ensures you receive the item quickly and avoids the risk of stock outs.

Cancellation of order:

  • If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact us within 5 hours of placing the order (provided the parcel has not yet been shipped). Provide the order number and the reason for cancellation.
  • Our customer service team will do their best to ensure your instructions are passed on to the warehouse so they can control the fulfillment process and issue you a refund before your parcel is shipped. Please note that we cannot cancel your order once the parcel has been fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse.
  • We strive to ensure that the products on our website are to your satisfaction. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, or if your item becomes damaged or defective after use, we have chat support available, or you can email support-in@aoocci.com
