When we ship your package, you will receive several emails informing you that it has been shipped and will contain an order number and tracking code.
My tracking information shows my package was delivered, but I never received it?
We know how important your order is! Aoocci Store offers our customers the option to track their package. If the tracking information indicates that your item has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your neighborhood to see if another home received it by mistake. Talk to family, roommates, etc. to see if they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or the apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Aoocci Store does not accept responsibility for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to discuss the problem and file a claim with them.
Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once your order is received. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be levied upon your order's arrival at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be paid by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. Cancellation/Change
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
We process and ship orders quickly, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
