Rider Support FAQ
How do I connect the ACC cable correctly?
The positive and negative terminals of the step-down cable connect directly to the motorcycle battery. The ACC cable should be connected to an ignition-controlled wire that only has power when the key is turned on.
How can I view recorded videos on my phone?
Open the device settings menu, find the App Download QR code, install the Motonavi app, connect your phone to the device Wi-Fi network, and then use the app to view, play back, and download videos.
How do I replace the battery in the wireless controller?
Carefully remove the anti-slip rubber pad on the back of the remote controller. You will see screws underneath. Remove them, open the back cover, and replace the CR2032 button cell battery.
The Bluetooth controller is not working. What should I do?
Try pairing it again by pressing and holding the “Ok/Rec” button on the controller while staying within 1 meter of the device. The controller light should flash quickly, and the device should confirm pairing.
The device does not power on after installation.
Check that the battery voltage is above 12V, confirm the ACC wire receives power only when the ignition is on, and inspect the fuse box on the power cable for any blown fuse.
The tire pressure monitor shows no data.
The sensors require a wake-up command. Ride the motorcycle for at least 5 minutes at over 20 km/h to activate the internal motion sensors. If there is still no data, relearn the sensors in the TPMS settings menu.
What TF card should I use with my dash cam?
We recommend a high-speed Class 10 U3 microSD card, ideally 64GB to 128GB. For best stability, format the card directly on the device before use.
