How do I get sound through my car speakers?
You have three options:
1. AUX Cable: Connect the AUX cable from the device to the AUX port of your car (best quality).
2. FM transmitter: Tune your car radio and device to the same vacant FM frequency (such as 107.9 MHz).
3. Built-in speaker: Use the device's own speakers (turn off FM/AUX).
Why is there static noise when using FM transmission?
Static is usually caused by frequency interference. Please find a completely blank FM station (one that contains only white noise) on your car radio and tune the V30 to that exact frequency. If available, it is recommended to use an AUX cable connection for static-free audio.
Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto is not connecting.
1. Make sure both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone.
2. “Forget” the device from your phone’s Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
3. Restart your phone and V30 unit.
4. Note: Android Auto requires the “Android Auto” app and a compatible Android phone (Android 11+ recommended).
Does it support 24V power for trucks?
Yes, the included cigarette lighter power adapter typically supports a voltage range of 12V-24V, making it safe for use in cars, heavy-duty trucks, and RVs. Please check the label on your specific charger to confirm.
